BAGGU VALENCIA STREET

We teamed up with BAGGU and architect Haddock Studio to transform a Valencia Street storefront into a bright, playful flagship built to support both the customer experience and the team behind it. Working within an existing San Francisco retail shell, we delivered a focused tenant improvement that included selective demolition, a refreshed sales floor, new back-of-house and breakroom/office spaces, lighting and electrical upgrades, flooring refinishing, and a full interior refresh.

To support day-to-day operations, we constructed new partition walls to create dedicated back-of-house functions, including a light-filled office and break area with a sink, storage, and thoughtful infrastructure to support the team’s workflow. On the retail floor, upgraded lighting, merchandise display support, mirrors, and refined finish details created a clean, gallery-like backdrop that lets BAGGU’s colorful products take center stage. Existing skylights and exposed trusses were preserved and enhanced, filling the space with natural light and giving the store an open, welcoming energy.

The result is a space that feels effortless, joyful, and unmistakably BAGGU - equal parts operationally functional and customer-forward.
